Organic Dino Kale

This garden favorite goes by many names, Lacinato, Tuscan, or simply Dino kale, and it’s known for its rich blue-green leaves, bumpy texture, and sweet, earthy flavor. A cool-weather crop, it’s best planted in early spring, a few weeks before the last frost.
Dinosaur kale thrives in full sun but can handle a bit of afternoon shade. Plant in fertile, well-draining soil, and give each start about 18 to 24 inches of space to stretch out. Raised beds, in-ground plots, and large containers all work great.
